01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the digital properties or using the services of Beijing Zhishenglongcheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("ZHISHENG"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZHISHENG.
02. Business Cooperation Framework
ZHISHENG operates globally under three primary business models. Each model is governed by its specific service level agreements (SLAs):
- Project Operations: ZHISHENG acts as an authorized agent for global mobile project management. Partners entering this model must provide valid ownership of intellectual property and grant ZHISHENG operational authority within specified territories.
- Project R&D (Custom Development): Technical development services are provided on a contractual basis. Deliverables, payment schedules, and intellectual property transfers are governed by individual master service agreements (MSA) between ZHISHENG and the client.
- Self-Developed Operations: For our own portfolio, users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Commercial exploitation or unauthorized modification of our proprietary code is strictly prohibited.
03. Monetization & Virtual Assets
All in-app purchases (IAP), virtual currency, and subscriptions within our services are managed through official platforms (Google Play, Apple App Store). All such transactions are final and non-refundable, except as required by the platform provider's policy or local consumer protection laws.
04. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, source code, and artistic assets associated with ZHISHENG are the exclusive property of Beijing Zhishenglongcheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. Any unauthorized use of the "ZHISHENG" brand or its technological assets will be subject to legal action.
05. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
ZHISHENG is committed to fair and professional dispute resolution. The following protocols apply:
- Governing Law: These terms and any business cooperation agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Amicable Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through direct negotiation between senior management for a period of no less than 30 days.
- Arbitration & Jurisdiction: If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for arbitration in Beijing, which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
